Program Director
A Program Director at the Foundation will work alongside the Foundation’s current Senior Program Director to help manage OUAT’s current programs and the future expansion of the Foundation’s grant-making. The role entails a wide range of responsibilities, is dynamic and evolving, and involves coordination across a broad group of stakeholders including the Foundation’s funder, community leaders and educators, medical researchers, partner universities, and current and former students who are part of the Foundation’s Philanthropy Lab program.
Scientific Program Director
The RCP Scientific Program Director will work alongside the program’s current Senior Program Director and Governing Board to help manage current grantees and the future expansion of the project. The role entails a wide range of responsibilities, is dynamic and evolving, and involves coordination across a broad group of stakeholders including the Foundation’s funder, community leaders and educators, medical researchers, and partner universities.
Social Media Director
The Foundation’s Social Media Director will be responsible for maintaining and updating any of the Foundation’s four websites, as well as creating, designing, and strategizing media content. This individual will join a team of 7-8 people who work across OUAT’s various program areas.
Associate Program Director
The Foundation’s Associate Program Director Foundation will work alongside the Foundation’s current Senior Program Director to help manage OUAT’s current programs and the future expansion of the Foundation’s grant-making.
Administrative Associate
The Foundation’s Administrative Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Foundation team to assist in implementing OUAT’s various program areas. This position will be exposed to the grantmaking sector through grant tracking and reporting, general office administration, and a variety of special projects. Event planning experience strongly preferred.
Intern
The Once Upon a Time Foundation (OUAT) Intern will be responsible for support of the Foundation team in the administration of the current programs and future expansion of the Foundation’s grant-making. The role entails a wide range of responsibilities and is dynamic and evolving.
